personally
For many, this topic is still quite new - but not for us. We transformed our business several years ago so that we can work from anywhere - which means that our trainings can also take place online without any problems as well.
For this, a Citrix GoToMeeting or Microsoft Teams is used, one of the two leading providers for online conferences.
Attendees either meet in a training/meeting room or participate from their workplace/home office. We have done this for several years and it works without any problems.

Damit Dein Online Training ohne Probleme funktioniert, gibt es ein paar Dinge, die Du beachten solltest.
All participants should use a headset, regardless of the location from which they are participating.
There have been repeated problems in the past involving speaker and built-in microphone, which can quickly cause feedback problems disturbing everyone who attends.
This cannot happen using a headset.
It is important that all participants have access to the internet - after all, this is an online training.
Therefore, a stable and sufficiently fast internet connection is recommended to ensure that your training runs smoothly.
Your instructor will send you links to test the connection in good time.
Sometimes ports or addresses are blocked in companies - this should be tested in time to allow the IT enough time to implement temporary exceptions for the training, if necessary.
The ideal is to use two displays for the training - this makes it easier to follow the practical exercises.
One display shows the virtual training environment and on the second display you can follow the trainer and/or keep the exercise book open.
Our virtual training environment is optimised for the use of two or more displays.
In order for everyone to be able to prepare optimally for the training, you should book your training in good time.
This way you can perform a connection test in time and make adjustments if necessary.
In addition, the number of participants is limited and a timely booking secures your seat for the training.

If you prefer to enjoy training in the most beautiful city in the world, you are welcome to join us.
Our training room is located directly on the water and is equipped with three large monitors so you don't have to strain your neck.
One of them is a Smart TV on which your trainer can also sketch. Of course, you can take the sketches with you as a file after the training.

Damit Dein Training in Hamburg ohne Probleme funktioniert, gibt es ein paar Dinge, die Du beachten solltest.
We have a separate classroom for up to 10 participants.
In total, the room has 3 large monitors so you don't have to twist your neck.
A guest WiFi is of course available and you can use your own laptop or one of our training laptops.
It's best to bring your own laptop to the training, because you know it best.
Of course, you can use our free guest WiFi.
If this is not possible, please contact us in good time and we will provide one of our training laptops.
Hamburg is perfectly connected and you can get there in all conventional ways.
The airport is in the very north of Hamburg, we are in the south. But you can easily get to the southern part of Hamburg by S-Bahn or by taxi.
The main railway station is in the centre of Hamburg, from here it's about 20 minutes by S-Bahn to our office in Harburg. A bus will take you from Harburg station to our training room, or you can walk for about 10 minutes.
Please note that travel costs to and from the training are not included in the training price. They must be organised and paid for by each participant.
There are various hotels around our classroom - we would be happy to give you a recent recommendation. Please feel free to contact us.
The hotels and guesthouses are all within walking distance.
If you prefer to stay overnight in Hamburg, that's no problem.
There are plenty of hotels in Hamburg, and it takes about 20 minutes to get from the main railway station to us by S-Bahn.
Please note that accommodation costs in Hamburg are not included in the training price and have to be organised and paid by each participant.
You can also arrive by car, and park it across the street in the Am Veritaskai car park. Of course free of charge.
You draw a parking ticket as normal at the entrance and pay for it with an exit ticket, which you can get from us on site.
We have excellent restaurants in Harburg harbour and go for lunch together.
There are two Italian restaurants within walking distance with excellent fish offerings, as well as two Asian restaurants.
There is also a shop across the street for the little things you might need in between.
We always have enough coffee, tea, cold drinks and small snacks available for you.
Individual training

You can have one of our trainers come to your company and enjoy the training there.
This can be a classroom in your company or a classroom of your choice.
As these are individual trainings, the content can be adapted and modified to your needs.
This is how we have been doing it for over 10 years and it works like a charm.

Damit das Training in Deiner Firma ohne Probleme abläuft, gibt es ein paar Dinge, die Du beachten solltest.
A room in which all participants and the trainer have enough space to maintain the safety distance of 1.5 metres.
This room does not necessarily have to be in your company, it can also be a rented meeting room.
It is also important that the room can be aired easily and regularly.
It is important that all participants have access to the internet - the virtual training environment is only available online.

Please make sure that you book the on-site trainings well in advance so that everyone can prepare for them.
You need to find a free space in your company that is suitable and where the distance rules are to be respected.
From our side, travel and accommodation must be booked, depending on the location, this should happen as early as possible.
