For this, we use established platforms such as Pluralsight, but we also regularly educate each other. We take the time for this because continuous learning is very important.

Social commitment

We encourage the social commitment of our employees, who are often volunteers in the community to help out. This is their personal contribution, which everyone gives voluntarily in order to help the larger community.

For example, we support the project Bienenland, which protects bee colonies and creates a natural habitat for them that is dwindling in our industrial society.

Internal communication is key to our good teamwork. We talk to each other and train passive listening - that is, listening without talking.
